Our Facility

MACC is located inside the Minneapolis Institute of Art with its own entrance and loading dock. Designed specifically to our specifications, our advanced facilities have spaces unique and specially equipped for each of the specialties: Paintings, Paper, Objects, Textiles, and Preventive Conservation. MACC has 24-hour on-site security and is maintained at museum environment climate controls.

Aside from standard work spaces, microscopes, tools and equipment, MACC has UV, IR, and XRF spectral imaging capabilities, suction tables, deionized water systems, aerosol generator, a large -30 C laboratory freezer, an industrial spray booth, a photography suite, and various lifts, hoists and other safe material handling units.

MACC can accommodate both small and large artworks with safety and security.
